New England Gourmet Meatball Sliders

  • 1 bag Tre Bella Organic Turkey Meatballs
  • 4 slices Vermont cheddar cheese
  • 3 tsp. cranberry sauce 1⁄2 tsp. white vinegar
  • 4 TSP mayonnaise 4 potato slider rolls
  • 4 arugula leaves
  • 1 Macintosh apple sliced thin
  • Toothpicks
  • 1 stick of butter


  • Preheat oven or toaster over to 375 degrees
  • Heat 8 organic turkey meatballs according to heating instructions
  • Lightly brush outside of rolls with butter and place open face on a baking sheet
  • Place 1 slice of cheese on the bottom halves
  • Heat until cheese melts (about 8 minutes)
  • Combine cranberry, mayonnaise & vinegar to make cranberry mayo spread
  • Slice turkey meatballs in half and place 4 on each roll
  • Top with mayo, apple slice, arugula
  • Lightly press and hold with toothpick

Makes 4 Servings.
